Termination of Use

We may terminate your subscription or suspend your account from accessing all or part of the site, without prior notice, for any conduct that, in our sole discretion, we believe is in violation of any applicable law, is in breach of these terms and conditions or is harmful to the interests of other users or our partners. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse an order from any customer at our discretion.

A customer's account will be cancelled from the Saudi Cigar Store website in the following cases:

Repeated cancellation of orders.

Not receiving the order on time.

Age Verification

This is to confirm that our products are for use by adults over the age of 18, and when delivering orders, the delivery team has the right to request the civil ID of an adult over the age of 18.

Cancel/Modify Orders

If you wish to cancel the order before delivery, please send the order number to customer service through the website's "Contact Us" section 24 hours before the delivery date.

Saudi Cigar Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including restrictions on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracy or errors in the product or pricing information.

You cannot change the order once it has been confirmed. If you wish to change the order, please make a new order and send a message to customer service to cancel the old order so that all orders are not cancelled.

Exchange and Return

The goods sold are replaced and returned in accordance with the provisions on the exchange and return page.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders based on the delivery date previously selected.

Saudi Cigar Store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of the order if the registered address or contact number is incorrect, and the order will be canceled and no future orders will be received from the account as it is considered a fake account.

In the event of multiple orders, orders may be delivered at the same time, which will not change the value of the delivery fees mentioned in each order. The delivery fees will be adhered to separately for each order delivered as stated in the invoice. However, the customer will not bear any additional amount other than the amount mentioned in the total invoice for each order.

All orders are made through the website and no new product can be delivered unless a new order is created.

When the customer receives the order from the delivery representative, he must verify the order and sign the receipt.

The customer has the right not to receive his order if there is an error in the type or quantity and contact the site management to deliver the correct order again without any additional delivery fees, provided that the order is not received in its entirety from the delivery representative.

The customer acknowledges that he bears responsibility for customs clearance procedures in his country. Saudi Cigar Store is not responsible for customs clearance of orders.

The site disclaims any responsibility in the event that the customer does not receive any shipment and the site will not refund the order value to the customer.

Prices and product availability

Prices and product availability on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, as our site contains a large number of products and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may have an incorrect price. We will re-check the prices as part of our procedures upon receiving the order, as if the correct price of the product is less than the announced price, the lower and correct amount will be calculated when the order is delivered. In the event that the correct price of the product is higher than the announced price, we will notify the customer of the additional amount before sending the order or canceling the order and alerting it to its cancellation. Also, the Saudi Cigar Store is not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect announced price even after sending the "Order Confirmation" message and the customer will be notified of this.

In some cases, you may be able to add a product to your shopping cart and complete the purchase process from the site, but later your order is canceled due to the unavailability of the product. You acknowledge that Products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after your order is confirmed, but the Product may be out of stock. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received the Order Confirmation message without penalty or compensation.
